Bayern Munich defeated Tottenham Hotspur 7-2 in a crushing victory at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday. Serge Gnabry scored four goals in the second half, leading the Bundesliga leaders to their second consecutive victory in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
Tottenham's Ryan Sessegnon scored the opening goal of the match, but Bayern quickly equalized through Kingsley Coman. Thomas Muller gave Bayern the lead just before halftime, and Gnabry's goals in the second half sealed the victory for the German giants.
Bayern's victory makes them only the seventh team to win all six matches in the Champions League group stage. They will now face six-time European champions FC Bayern in the Visit Malta Cup at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, August 10.
